The backbone reads everything.
Clark's live 70B backbone parses the full prompt, including text, images, audio, and documents, and builds a unified representation of what is actually being asked, in any of 100+ languages.
02 · ROUTE
Sparse routing picks the specialists.
A learned routing layer dispatches each token to the 2–4 expert clusters best suited to it, be they legal, mathematical, visual, or linguistic, while the rest of the federation stays cold.
03 · REASON
Experts work semi-autonomously.
Hierarchical detachment lets each expert cluster reason deeply within its domain with minimal cross-cluster chatter, cutting communication overhead while preserving specialist depth.

One coherent voice answers.

Under the Hood
Clark doesn't process everything through a single monolithic model. A sparse routing layer dispatches each token to the two or three experts best suited to handle it, dynamically, at inference time.

Why It Matters
Most trillion-parameter ambitions assume one thing: a monolithic model in someone else's data centre. Clark rejects that premise. Because the federation is hierarchically detached, expert clusters can live on sovereign compute, on-premise hardware, or air-gapped government infrastructure, and still behave as one model.
