1. Health Data We May Encounter

You may choose to share health-related information with our AI systems as part of queries (e.g., symptoms, medications, medical history). This constitutes Sensitive Personal Data under applicable data-protection law, including India's DPDP Act 2023.

We treat any health information shared with our services with heightened protection, in line with our obligations under the DPDPA and applicable health regulations.

2. How We Handle Health Data

Processing: Health-related queries are processed to generate AI responses. We do not extract, tag, or separately store health data from your conversations unless you explicitly save or export it.

Training: We do not use health data you share in conversations to train our models without your explicit, informed consent, and this is opted out by default.

Sharing: We do not share health-related personal data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., compute infrastructure under strict agreements) or by law.

3. Healthcare Deployments

Organisations deploying AICONSORTIUM in healthcare contexts (hospitals, clinics, health insurance) are governed by additional contractual requirements and must maintain appropriate DPDPA compliance for health data as Data Fiduciaries. 4. Your Rights Regarding Health Data
