1. Who We Are
AICONSORTIUM Private Limited ("AICONSORTIUM", "we", "our", "us") is a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in India. We operate the website at aiconsortium.cloud and all associated products and services including Clark and Sattam.ai.
For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023, and equivalent data-protection laws in the jurisdictions we serve, AICONSORTIUM is the Data Fiduciary (or Data Controller) for personal data processed via our web services. For on-premise deployments, the customer organisation acts as the Data Fiduciary within their own infrastructure.
2. Data We Collect
Account data: Name, email address, organisation name, and role when you create an account or request access.
Usage data: API call logs (excluding prompt content unless you opt into model improvement), response metadata, error logs, and feature usage analytics, used to improve service performance and reliability.
Payment data: Billing name, address, and payment method details, processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Communications: Messages you send to our support team, feedback submissions, and correspondence.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: provide and operate our services; process transactions; respond to support requests; send service notifications; improve model performance (only where explicitly consented); and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your prompts or conversations to train our models without your explicit, informed consent.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: service providers necessary to deliver our products (cloud infrastructure, payment processors, analytics) under strict data processing agreements; legal authorities when required by applicable law; and successors in a merger or acquisition, with prior notice.
5. Your Rights
Under the DPDPA 2023 and equivalent data-protection laws in the jurisdictions we serve, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; erase your data; nominate a representative; and raise grievances with our Data Protection Officer.
To exercise these rights, contact: support@aiconsortium.cloud
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your account plus 1 year. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. Payment records are retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3+) and at rest (AES-256), access controls, regular security audits, and employee security training. Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure. We will notify affected users of any material data breach within 72 hours of discovery, as required by law.
