1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Consumer Terms of Service apply to individual persons using AICONSORTIUM products for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, the Commercial Terms of Service apply instead.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. contact us immediately if a minor has created an account.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. Contact support@aiconsortium.cloud immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services in compliance with our Usage Policy. You are responsible for all content you input and all actions you take with outputs from our services.

5. Your Content and Outputs

You retain ownership of content you input. We retain ownership of our models and infrastructure. Outputs generated from your inputs may be used by you subject to these terms and our Usage Policy.

We do not use your conversations to train our models without your explicit consent. You may opt into data contribution in your account settings.

6. Disclaimers

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Do not rely solely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions. Always consult qualified professionals for high-stakes decisions. We provide our services "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for Usage Policy violations, with notice where possible. Following termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled through the consumer dispute redressal mechanisms available under Indian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
